Facility Maintenance
N.E. Building Services will perform an evaluation of the facility and work with Management on the level of experience and size of the team that is needed to maintain the building.
-Evaluate equipment and create a preventative maintenance program for your specfic needs.
-Life safety ensure proper test and logs are maintained on the fire system (sprinklers, smoke detectors and fire pumps) and emergency generators.
-Weekly safety meetings.
-Tracking work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Painting
-Drywall repair
-Interior/Exterior painting.
-Boiler room painting, pipe color identification for chill water, hot water, loop water supply and return.
Commerical Cleaning
-Day/Evening janitorial services.
-Floor stripping, scrubbing, waxing, sealing and buffing.
-Day porters.
-Carpet care
- vacuuming, steam cleaning, spot cleaning, spin bonnet and extraction and shampoo.
-Post construction / Renovation clean-up.
-Power washing.
-Boiler, mechanical room clean-up.
Apartment Renovation
-Kitchen cabinet and countertop replacement.
-Replacement of fixtures ranging from lights, bathroom fixtures, towel and grab bars.
-Crown molding and baseboards.
-New flooring, carpet, wood, VCT, ceramic.
Landscaping
-Grounds maintenance.
-Mowing, mulching, pruning.
-Leaf removal.
-Seasonal color rotation.
