Geo Villegas is the President and Founder of New England Building Services.  Having started in the trade as an apprentice engineer working in class A office buildings to a Deputy Project Manager working on Small Alterations to Director of Facilities in Health Care (CCRC’s).

In 1990 working as an apprentice engineer Geo was assigned task in preventive maintenance replacing filters, tightening belts, restoring the boiler room fixing leaks, re-insulating and painting/labeling all pipes. While working as an apprentice he started taking classes with the National Association of Power Engineers in low and high pressure boilers, HVAC, motor controls and schematic and many more required to work in the trade.  Geo continued working in Class A office buildings as a general maintenance and HVAC mechanic for ten years.

Geo was then hired as a General Superintendent to Deputy Project Manager for a construction company performing small alterations at the National Institutes of Health.  Here the small alterations were coordinated with an in-house staff of carpenters, electricians, painters to mechanical and plumbing sub-contractors.  Geo coordinated the project from demolition to quality controlling the job at completion. 

Working construction Geo gained much experience in renovations.  Missing working at a Facility, Geo then became a Director of Facilities at a Retirement Community (CCRC) this is where the experience over the past twelve years came into place.  Geo’s responsibilities ranged from working on an operating and capital budget, cleaning and housekeeping to overseeing and generating daily work orders for service call to preventive maintenance.  Geo also oversaw contracted services ranging from fire protection, elevator service/repair, landscaping, waste removal to kitchen maint/repair and mechanical.  Working in a CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) projects were planned and coordinated in Apartment renovations, mechanical upgrades to roof replacement.
