Building Services, Inc. for your facility management / facility services needs.  We are a minority and Veteran-Owned business located in Worcester, MA.  Our services range from building maintenance, commercial cleaning, painting, apartment renovation to post construction clean-up.

N.E. Building Services, Inc. was formed to assist building owners and facility managers with the day-to-day building operations.  NEBS’s team is prepared to run a full service maintenance or cleaning contract using CMMS (computerized maintenance management software) to create and track work orders.  Our team will work with the building owners to prepare and manage operating budgets and also to plan for future capital projects.

A second option would be for NEBS to assist facility managers.  Your first responsibility is to your tenants and residents.  If you have projects involving flooring, painting or apartment renovations this is where NEBS can assist.  Let NEBS tackle your projects so your staff’s time is spent with your tenants.
